[V8] Little problem

With my 90 5sp....

...the car idles fine but when I let the clutch go and give her gas she will bog down, the rpm's will jump up and down and i'll have to feather the gas and clutch to get the car to drive.
I can be at a stop and rev the car freely with no issues. Rpm will raise like it should and settle back down with out stalling.

 I was all so seeing my gas mileage slowly decline. Other than that the car has been running very strong.
I didn't get a CEL....but I have yet seen if there are any codes.

 My preliminary thoughts were the TPS and 02....
