[V8] Little problem UPDATE

I can't answer that one. Why didn't mine, when the MAF was burned (had a fire in the intake about two years previous). Also didn't throw a IAT code, which was bad. Only thing I got was the ISV code.

The ISV can only affect idle. I've driven cars with completely dead ones, they won't idle if it dies in the closed position. Other than that, driving is 100% normal. You mentioned the car haveing a bad hesitation after letting off the gas in gear, that's not an ISV problem.
