[V8] 28mm front sway bar and bushings

I'll have to check my other V8s, but I know that my pearl '91 5 speed has
the 28mm bar with Aluminum (aluminium for you Brits and Aussies) brackets.
Bought that one from Justy some time ago.  'Course I've had that one on a
few cars over the years ;-)  Haven't checked the other cars.
