[V8] Window down

Oy! In an unusual turn of events, my A4 was in for service, so I had to take the
V8 down to Boston, to Fenway Pahk, for a hockey game. Gotta love New England. :)

I hit the firs toll booth, hit the window button, but it was the right rear
window. Oops. Roll [1] down the front, pay the toll, roll up the front, and
tried to roll up the rear -- nada. Pounded on the switch. Tried the child lock
up and down. Nada. Tried the switch in the rear door. Nada.

So I drove the 75 miles with a nice fresh breeze in the car. Temps down in the
teens (F), following by sitting outside for 3 hours watching my team lose the
hockey game, followed by an even colder ride home, I wasn't happy. The car is
sitting outside with the window open.

So, today, with temps still in the teens, I get to remove the armrest, remove
the switch, and put juice to the wires to get the window back up. Then I'll
leave the switch disconnected so the window won't go down. Sigh.

[1] If the windows are powered, why do we say we "roll" them up and down? I
haven't used a window crank in years.
