The mystery of it all. Don't forget the little child lock tab just beneath the  chromed 
door latch box on the RR door can disable that door's window switch. The problem 
could be in the ~driver's console~ RR window switch. I just tested this on my car. 
The RR passenger switch on the door worked. I filpped the chrome tab 90* to the 
latch. This disabled the passenger window switch, and now due to this cold it is out 
of order even when I moved the tab back to 45*. Yes, I did this with the window 
up! Since your RR window went down with the driver's switch I would say that's 
where the problem lies. Move that one until the window goes up. The Chrome 
latch boxes develop problems in extended freezing temperatures. It makes you 
appreciate the Sun, and It's warmth, especially towards Summer.  Bob
