[V8] Starter Removal

I went to do this on one of my '90's, and eventually gave up because of time
and my inability to get the large bolt loosened up, but I do recall that it
was easier to get at the top bolt by removing the engine cover, airbox, and
passenger side distributor as you mentioned.
Even so, after applying varying combinations of heat, PB blaster, swear
words, and almost a sledgehammer, I couldn't get the top bolt to budge. I
ended up putting the whole thing back together, and have vowed to send it to
a wrench and pay them for the task. Seems like that it was a fairly common
complaint on the list here that the top bolt appeared to have been put in by
gorillas.
