[V8] coolant temperature fault flashing

Peal car had coolant symbol and annoyingly audible thing.....I  
disconnected sensor wire from reservoir, and thought all was  
fine.....new owner said still happens after x amount of  
time.....jumpered/unplugged doesn't matter.  Coolant's fine/car's  
fine, something is amiss......I'm guessing something in dash/check  
system....I look at it like...."Stop telling me there's nothing  
wrong"...issue.....Let me know how this goes.......I'll relay to  
Pearl...Tom
