[V8] coolant temperature fault flashing

Yep, if you have autocheck faults that aren't correct (mine was always out 
of gas according to auto-check, even when full) It's time to pull the 
instrument cluster and resolder every pin that interconnects the boards. I 
also cleaned all those pins with an eraser. I did mine four times, the first 
three I didn't do all of them. After three failed attempts, I decided to go 
all out on the last one. It fixed everything.
