[V8] V8 window won't go up

I tried swapping the 2 connectors to the motor. It's still dead. I don't
hear anything from the motor when putting 12V to those two connectors
(+ and -, or - and +; up and down).  I did manage to get the insulation
rivets out, and the insulation removed, which really opens things up.

I guess my next step is to remove the regulator and see if I can't
revive the motor. (Or maybe, just maybe, find that a wire to the motor
is bad.)
