i am going to give a shameless plug for a small, "local" shop. the name of
the shop is North Idaho Import Parts. i have ZERO association to them
except i have been a long time loyal customer. it is a family owned
business owned by Pam and Pat Tackett. the owners a TRUE DIE HARD vag
folks. they have owned everything from old beetles to quad cab syncros to
toe-regs.

in short, they really know their euro trash and have never done me wrong.
their prices are right and they will ship anywhere. i used to live 30 mins
from them. now i live 900 miles from them. i still order from them. the
down side? no online store. the upside? ONLY high quality parts. if not
in stock, they will get it in 24 hours. they do sell some stuff on ebay
under "crewcabpat" i think.

North Idaho Import Parts

is their contact info.

they do sell parts for other imports too (non-german), although german is
their specialty.

if u order from them, you will likely speak with pam. tell her shayne
recommended you.
