[V8] Catastrophic pump failure

Pretty straight forward build. Get some brake cleaner or something to
remove all the tarnish on the inside of the pump. Sounds like something
either got funky on the inside, or the front seal lost it. The front seal
is your typical rubber seal for a rotating shaft, and its fairly well built.
The whole project sorta sucks, the X-caps are often seized pretty good, even
with the use of air tools. I usually get about 3/4 of them out and a few
just stay stuck.
