[V8] tire musings

Another good place to read is Tirerack's tests as well. And, I've drive on 
the General's, and they are a pretty good tire. Actually, probably nearly as 
much grip in teh rain as when dry. However, as an all out tire, they are 
nowhere near my Potenza S03's, or the XS. Then again, I'd take the Generals 
any day over either in the snow. Come to think of it, I'd rather walk than 
drive in snow on the XS's ;-)
