[V8] Looking at selling off some V8's, maybe.

The folks who are storing my 2 ‘90 V8’s in Portland, OR are tired of them sitting there and have asked me to do something about them. So, I can get them hauled to Texas and put them here, or let them fly free to a new and loving home (the girlfriend has repeatedly suggesting donating them to Mythbusters, but that seems a cruel fate).
The way I’d like to sell them is as a package deal along with most of the stuff for a 5-speed conversion. Here’s the basic rundown:
V8 #1 – 1990, Silver on grey sport interior. About 235k miles. Timing belt done at 197k. Heater core needs replacement/circumvention. G60 conversion done by PO, and needs new front brake pads. Burns a little bit of oil. AC needs a recharge. Has CAC smoked tail lights, which I’m not inclined to sell, but I have the stock tails in storage.
V8 #2 – 1990, Titan Grey on black comfort interior. About 135k miles. Timing belt unknown (which is why I haven’t driven it much). Car runs, but needs new starter (I’ve actually got a brand new Bosch starter for it, but never installed it). Recently replaced cats/mufflers, and less than 20k miles on a replaced steering rack, pump, etc. Mileage is bad (14-16 mpg), and it idles rough. One mechanic who looked at it said the AC wouldn’t take a charge, and suspected it needed a new expansion valve, but dunno how on-the-mark he was about that. Regardless, no AC in the car.
They’d be sold as parts cars, because somewhere in all my moving, I’ve lost the car titles. I might be able to get a replacement title for V8 #1, but not for #2 (it never passed smog in Oregon, so I couldn’t get it titled in my name to begin with).
Also part of this deal would be my assortment of V8 5-speed conversion parts in storage. This includes a transmission and shifter linkage, pedal cluster, subframe, drive shaft, transmission tunnel section, all from a 200TQ.
Anyway, I hate to part with cars, but since I lack good cheap storage in the Portland area these days....
I’m not terribly interested in selling only one car, or just the 5-speed stuff, since that doesn’t solve my storage problem, but I’m pretty open to being creative, including non-cash swaps for something interesting.
The girlfriend is in Portland and sent me some photos that I’ll put online or email to anyone who wants more details.
