[V8] Recent CV boot repair thread?

There was some discussion about it in june, I brought it up. It shouldn't
be too hard to look through the V8 archives thread by thread. I may have
put it in the quattro list but I doubt it. My questions were more mainly
about the compatibility of V8 and C4 Cv shafts, but I just repaired mine
instead.

Its really quite easy, the only two snags I ran into was not having the
tripple square bit to get out the CV axles, and having trouble with them
when I finally did get the bit. Also, make sure you ahve the right socket
for the hub bolt, and you want new hub bolts when you do the CVs.

Its an easy job, just do things slowly, and one section at a time, and be
careful to put it together correctly. There was mention of putting the
cages in backwards causing issues, etc etc.
