Exhaust hitting crossmember? Not really a clunk in the front but could be thought of as such, I guess. If the engine mounts are weak or if the exhaust has been dissasembled for any reason it is very possible the the underside of your two exhaust tubes are hitting the top of the crossmember that goes across the car about where the front and rear doors meet. My first guess would have been inner bushings on the lower control arms, but you said they were done. Just a thought, sounds like most everything else has been covered.
