[V8] V8 rack removal

The ever worsening power steering leak It wasnt' the hose. The rack needs R&R. WE've got the thing loose- disconnected the steering, got all 
the hoses off, have the passenger end loose, dampener out, ty-rods off the rack etc. . Now the big ? HITF do you get it OUT the passenger side 
ty-rod hole? The rack seems to hang up on the tranny/rear of engine( more thoughtful german engineering , eh).

Any tips or tricks appreciated.
