[V8] V8 rack removal

Funny - I *just* did this yesterday...  Make sure those two 19mm bolts
that are on the back/top holding the transmission to the engine are
removed...  The extra couple of mm really helps.  I could NOT remove
the rack with them in!

I removed the coils (easier access), passenger side distributor cap
and the strut assembly (had to fix it anyway)...  Although the service
manual doesn't say to remove the strut assembly, it was extremely
helpful for me - and it's not a huge deal.
