[V8] Coolant temp sensor

Well I sure hope this is the end of my story ;-()......After a  
thorough search from above and below, I'm confident there's no errant  
connector.  I have nothing but a threaded plug where the white sensor  
should be.    I did also look at that sensor/plug that I was  
wondering about, and it's actually Violet(faded, and not  
Orange).....and the wires going to it are Brn/Blk-Violet which is  
what the wiring diagram says is for the Coolant Temp Sensor for the  
Motronic control unit.    The connector exits the large harness along  
with the Hall connector which as I recall is the same configuration  
as my Lago car.  The car was a California car.  Camera battery died  
right after downloading the fuzzy pics(doesn't focus well when  
low)....First pic shows the plug, although not very well.  Second  
shows the connector/sensor directly below large harness just to the  
right of intake screen....
