Put it into gear from park, and it gives you a little "nudge" before
settling.  Like it is giving force against the brakes.  Its hard to explain,
but it is really annoying, and on a lot of the 4cyl cars I've worked on, is
indicative of a broken mount.  Like, for instance, any car with the GM 2.4l
Quad 4/Twin cam motor, the front mount goes out and the whole drivetrain
rocks when you put it into gear.  Its annoying.
