[V8] strut bearing possibly? need a hand diagnosing

www.thebenzbin.com has Moog(owned by Federal Mogul) control arms for  
$61....If the inner is trashed, then how's the ball joint?  If a new  
control arm was $250 I'd just do the inner,,,but for $61 why not just  
replace it  I bought new bushings and payed to have them pressed in  
years ago for the Lago car, and didn't know about  the "don't torque  
anything till it's sitting on the wheels", and proceeded to tear the  
new inner bushings.  Then I realized that I could get new Meyle arms  
for $75 or so at the time, and did it/the rest of the rubber under  
there, and it was like a new car.  Pretty sure they included the 4  
donuts with the arms.  They did not include the ever important nuts.   
I just looked, and it appears that not a lot of places currently have  
the whole arms.  If Nick is still out there listening, maybe he could  
chime in on where he got those QH arms that I just got in the "box of  
plenty"....If you are messing with the struts, you kinda need an  
alighnment anyway right?....might as well just do it all and enjoy  
your "new" ride....I've been on my back for the last 2 days replacing  
the rack/hoses/tie rod ends/oil pump/crank seal/leaky gaskets/etc.   
Reason I brought it up, was I thought the tie rods felt tight and  
planned on leaving them, then I opened up one of the new Febi/ 
bilstein ends, and realized how much tighter it was...had to throw
