[V8] Manual gear oil

by "manual gear", do you mean "manual transmission"?
If yes - Castrol TAF-X. That's what everybody here, including me, puts 
in their transmissions when changing the oil. It's a fully synthetic 
75W-90. Audi just says "75W-90".
