[V8] Manual gear oil

More important than anything else, make sure what ever you use is gl4 (yellow metal safe). I personally use the factory fluid.

If yes - Castrol TAF-X. That's what everybody here, including me, puts 

in their transmissions when changing the oil. It's a fully synthetic 

75W-90. Audi just says "75W-90".
