So you did not hack it apart?
Good.

taking off the hood is a big help - not hard and well worth the time - since it results in saved time later.
Other than that, it is just a job that has a lot of steps and takes some time. Not a big deal.

On reassembly of the box, someone said to use drinking straws to help guide the flaps.  I am pretty sure I did this, and it helped a lot.  You will see what I mean when you get there...
