[V8] no hot start and no codes?

I'll take a wild stab at it...  mina fuel rail disconnected made me think
ok, too much fuel... ecu temp sensor, back side of passenger side head.

Fuel pressure 55 lbs
No codes ( brand new computer)
car will only start if the main fuel rail is disconnected
