Or you have a broken wire to the sensor.  Happened to mine.  Treat it as a
valid warning first though as you don't want to toast the car with a plugged
cat.

Ur cats are warning u that they are getting hotter than they should b.
Possible cause is one or more of ur cats are clogged.  Over time the innards
break free and clog.
