[V8] output tests

I'm doing some diagnostic work on the 5spd and I got 2113, but when I went
to do the output tests, when I open/close the throttle, it doesn't always
advance to the next component, based on the blinking of the test light.  I
seem to have to wiggle the wiring harness for the TPS to get it to
"register".  
 
Also, none of the injectors clicked.  When I did the output tests on the 93
V8, the clicking of each component was clearly audible.
 
What does it mean that the injectors don't click?  The test light flashes
4411, then 4412, etc. when I do get it to advance with the TPS, but none of
them clicked.
 
I also found that my IAT sensor connection was no good.  Fixed that.
Started and idled much better.
