That sounds like the typical corroded connector at the TPS. Seen plenty of
those. I guess they weren't sealed that well at the factory, and being at
the front of the engine and all...........................................
As for the output tests, I've never run them, but realize the injectors on
the 90 and 91 are pulsed two at a time, while the 92 and later are each
fired seperately. However, I don't see why they still wouldn't click, just
should be two at a time.
