[V8] operating with timing belt cover off?

Scott, not to be a total ass (well actually, yeah I am), but after looking over this hacked up urq that my friend just brought home, I'm not sure that I would be inclined to trust any piece of advice you give anyone on this list.  If this is a testament to any of your work, god help anyone who falls victim to it.  I expected more based on how good of a game you talk on here, but I guess there is a difference between talking a good game and actually being able to follow through.
