Reminds me of when I picked up a rental car years ago. I was the maintenance 
guy for a small fleet (about thirty cars). Customer stated the power 
steering just quit working. Yea, right. They drove it into a snowbank and 
knocked the serpentine belt off. Bent the tensioner as well. "I don't know 
what happened, I was just driving along"
