[V8] Audi V8 Canada version - differences

Lights were the same as US cars, with one difference, they were on all
the time because of their daytime running lights legislation.  The
instrument cluster was the same as the one used in metric countries. 
I've seen two Canadian V8's that were imported to the US,  as far as I
could tell, these were the only differences.  Makes sense for them to be
almost identical, the market for these cars in Canada was almost
nonexistent and US versions of vehicles were automatically accepted for
sale in Canada.  On the lower end of the scale, the Canadians did get
many of the very basic Euro-esque versions of models that were only
available as fully loaded luxury models in the US.  The Canadian version
of the lesser type 44's can be found with manual climate control, all the
US type 44's had the GM automatic version.
