Hey Eric, welcome to the tribe, well maybe cult is a better word.
First off, if you haven't blinked out the codes yet, that would be a
first on the rich running thing. Scott Mockery's site is full of
awsome information. Even though I got a paper manual set with my
first car, that site has been invaluable....

I've been trying to track down a rich running condition on the parts
car, and last thing I checked was the plugs, and found 2 soaked with
gas, with one of them soaked with gas and oil.....Wishing I'd simply
checked the plugs first.
On the window thing, out of the 4 V8's I've had in my possession, all
window problems were simply the switch itself/lockout switch.
Definatly check the door boot first, as that would be a quick visual
kinda thing. Ed's thing about the rear lighter I hadn't heard, so if
there's no voltage in the rear....lockout switch? Someone posted
years ago to take a small drill(size of the tube on the contact
cleaner), and drill just thru the plastic housing about dead center
on both sides(long side). Work the switch back and forth while
spraying the contact cleaner. That has "fixed" 8 switches for me so
far, including the lockout switch!. My Lago car that's been sitting
for 2-3 years now(that I'd sprayed 3 of those switches back when I
got it), now has 2 non functioning windows, and I'll go straight for
the switches when it's drivable. How many miles/color, and does it
clunk only when you put into forward gear?....
I just looked in my paper '90 manual, and it shows fuse #14(5A) as
doing among other things... A/C control head, rear ashtray.......Keep
us posted.....Tom
