[V8] New to the 1990 V8

Thanks for all the help everyone!

Sadly we just got a foot or more of snow and my garage is consumed by main
project so this will have to wait till the weather clears a bit.

As Tom said I really need to get the engine running well before I move
forward with the little things. I am going to check the 02X and cats then
the engine timing. Is checking the cam timing as simple as pulling the
timing covers off and looking for cam gear marks or do I need to find a way
to swim down to the crank pulley.
