[V8] Wonky Wipers

I remember asking this question a long time ago when my Lago started  
doing this.  Some fixed it by cleaning the contacts in the motor,  
while other's replaced the relay.  Does anyone remember the part #  
for the "other" relay that made the delay programmable?  I was  
planning on trying that, but never got around to it, and thought it  
might solve the return problem, and make them adjustable at the same  
time....Tom
