[V8] S4 seats/ center console?

I know this has been explained,  but why again does the rear upper portion
of a set of s4 seats not fit in an audi t44 again?  The lower section fits
upper section does not?  What would be required to make it fit, if it were
at all possible?

What about the center console?  Will it possibly transfer over assuming both
cars are MANUAL?
