[V8] S4 seats/ center console?

I don't know, but since I haven't seen a response, I'll give you
my 2 cents...

The T44 (100/200) is a different body style from the urS4 (Type C4).
The urV8 is a D2 chassis, subtly different from the Type 44 (I believe
the body shell is the same, but the hood and fenders are different;
the transmission tunnel for the V8 automatic may be different, too.).

I bought a set of S4 seats for my '99 A4. The fronts were/are manual,
so they wouldn't fit my powered seat mounts (the front mounts; the rear
tracks are supposed to fit). The rear came in pieces. A single bottom
cushion, and the back in 3 parts -- the center piece and 2 side pieces.
It may be the side pieces are what make it different. Or it may be that
the Type 44 rear seat doesn't fold but the urS4 does?
