Haven't bought anything from them, don't know anyone there. Their prices seem a bit high, but it looks like they do a great job dismantling Audis, rating the part quality, and stocking the parts.

If nothing else it's worth shopping them to get an idea of what a given part may be worth on the used market. 

I almost fell into the trap of practically giving away a part from one of my V8s, but realized it was better to let it sit than to be duped by someone who thought he was going to take advantage, thinking I was uninformed. 

Anyway, I'm sure there are other used parts sources, but if you can, another good way to go is to pick up a complete car, if you have the time and space to deal with it.
