[V8] OEM Air Filters

Hey Allan, well all the one's I've got look great.  A few of the  
loose boxes look like they've been on a shelf, but the filters are  
fine, but for some reason, have the label/date blacked out with a  
marker.   I opened the "unopened" case of 10, and all of those have  
never seen the light of day, and say "made in Mexico-July  
2006"....And surprisingly, the parts department now has an  
"aftermarket" parts supplier, and the oil pump seal that I asked  
about this morning($12) was $4 from that supplier, and she called me  
@ 4.30 to tell me it was in.  Really glad there's now that option,  
and will be double checking with her on parts before I order stuff  
elsewhere.  At least now, the parts car (that a friend is driving) is  
getting that K&N with a small hole in it replaced with a fresh one  
from the pile....Love having a pile of dirt cheap air filters.....Tom
