[V8] No Fuel Pump Power

Could also be the trigger wire to the relay. I have to check my diagrams, buy I'm pretty sure the the fuel pump relay is switched by the ecu,and not the ignition switch.

You can continue checking other things, but the problem is right there in front of you. Just have to get to the bottom of that. If you jumper the two terminals that form a "T" where the relay goes, and the pump doesn't run, and you have power on one of those terminals, there is an issue to the pump. Plain and simple as that.
