[V8] Easy one for u guys to answer...

[too many quattros]

last time i drove the v8 5 speed (2.5 yrs ago) i drove it 1100 miles with at
least 1500 lbs in the trunk and back seat (was on bump stops), i got 27
solid.  usually i get about 19 mixed driving as i can seem to keep the revs
down!

i have been so busy with other projects (cq turbo) and had to use the v8q
abz conversion funds i had to put that one on hold.  ergo, the 3.6 is going
back in this winter for another year or two.  least that is the plan.

big german v8s seem to do pretty good on fuel if u treat them right.  my
540i 6 speed got 29 MPG cruising around 75 MPH.

Even my brick mercedes 4.5 liter from 1972 does 20 MPG rolling down the road
at 70.  much faster then that and it goes down to about 16 MPG.
