[V8] Need: 1990 V8 Heater Blower Motor, Windshield Wiper Switch

I own a 1990 V8 Quattro (automatic) that needs these two parts.

Anyone have these for sale?  If not, can you recommend a place that might 
sell these used?

Also, I have removed the plastic cover over the steering wheel that covers 
the windshield wiper switch and can see it.  How hard is it to remove?  I 
can't tell if there are screws or clips holding it in place, or just knowing 
how to grasp it and remove it.
