[V8] Airplane

... the movie. Anyone remember it?
It is one of my favorites, and one of the little things that lots of
people don't even realize is the sound the jet airplane (a 707 I think?)
makes in flight.  It sounds like a WW2 B29 bomber.  I guess the relevant
point to recent musings is that the engine noise audio was integral to the
movie and without it, the experience would have been much different.  All
auto manufactures are taking queues from Hollywool (Bollywood in hyundai's
case) with new features.  Look at all the interior ambient light modes now
available for example.

I always wanted to have a recording of a radial engine startup - complete
with backfires, for my old Ranger.  That would turn a head or two...
Now that I think about it, it would be fun for the V8 too.  And I could
have the out of control dive noise for when the brakes get pressed...

I need to stop now before this gets out of hand.
