[V8] Power Out to Rear Windows

Hi everyone.  I have no rear power windows and rear cigarette lighter working.  The problem is the fuse is good (replaced to be sure).  Is this circuit series to all items listed for this fuse (windows, lighter and rear defogger).  And could it be a break in the wiring before or at the first connection, taking out the rest?  
Not being able to read circuit diagrams I have no clue how it is wired.  Anyone got an idea?
