[V8] Idle Stabilization Valve

It could Brad - but you probably should do a little diagnostic work before
throwing parts at it. The parts throwing will come soon enough...

start with codes, fuel pressure, and general tune up stuff.  I had a fuel
pump relay that caused some weird problems.  It seemed to only be on a
cold engine and the motor would die right after I released the key.  After
a few tries it would start.  I cleaned up the fuel pump relay contacts and
have not seen the problem for many years now.
