[V8] V8 Q Steering rack boot

The rack boot requires rack removal, and as far as I know, some rack  
disassembly, so most would get a rebuilt rack at that point as they  
aren't that expensive($300?).  I"ve got a rebuilt rack that I've been  
meaning to get to, but since the leak has even seemed to slow down,  
I'm leaving it for now....boot's been torn for years.
The throttle cable "box" might have a broken plastic cable thingy  
causing it to be loose, I don't recall how it's held in there, just  
know the one in the parts car was "loose", and the cable holder was  
indeed broken...someone else might have a better answer to that.....Tom
