[V8] V8 surging

That's a new one, never heard of the dist cap covers causing issues.  The
do hide cracks in the caps really well though.

I couldn't tell you what sort of issue you may be having, when my car ran
like dogcrap I did about everything.  Fuel pressure regulator seems a
likely candidate though, and 02 as well, though you'd think mileage would
be down.  Kinda odd, hope you get it knocked out!
