[V8] Hi Everybody

Longtime Guys, I have not been in possession of my V8 since 2008 however I now have it back in my hands. I have had quite a bit of work done to it at this point replaced pretty much all the hydraulic parts among other work. 

The latest is that the transmission is acting weird. I have all the lights on the dash for P R N D etc.. They are all solid and I have no engaging on the transmission. Can anybody please advise on what this could be?
