[V8] Longtime Guys!

I still remained on list even though I have not been in possession of my V8 since 2008. I recently have it setting in my driveway again even though it has some serious issues. 

Primary serious issue is the Transmission at this point.. I have all the lights illuminated on the dash for the gear selector P R N D etc all lit. The vehicle will just rev without engaging in gear and has no way of moving? Anybody have any clues what this can be and what my options are? Thanks :) 

I know whatever it is will be costly but that is the nature of the beast.
