APWI AP342 (AP3-42) Oxygen Sensor $34.79
That was the part I bought last month to do mine (from Rockauto).
Correct ends, no butchering... If I remember correctly, the cable was
a bit long, but this was not a problem.
If you are going to butcher wires, just remember, most O2 wires are
made from stainless steel, so you won't be soldering them
Also, if you don't already have it out, be sure to use some good
penetrating oil, let it soak, then CUT THE LEADS OFF the old one, and
use a BOX END WRENCH on it (you aren't keeping the old one anyway!).
It seems everyone tries to use the "O2 Wrench" with the cut-out for
the wires for removal. That's fine, if you HAVE to use it, but you
don't on the V8. Those things are usually el-cheapo wrenches anyway,
and I've seen them slip/round off/break/etc. so why bother?

At times its running so poor at idle when warm im wondering if she's firing on all 8. So i pulled plugs one at a time and all 8 are firing. Its a subtle difference but there is a difference when wires are pulled one at a time.
