Turns out the conversion is illegal under EPA regulations.


Can't tamper with/remove/modify ANY emissions equipment on ANY street driven car.


Probably wouldn't get you in trouble if you did an electric car conversion because they have NO 
emissions, but LP/CNG/propane/whatever conversions definitely DO fall under the "benevolent" gaze of 
the EPA.


Phooey.


Unless there's a loophole I've missed, this game is over.
