[V8] buying parts in the USA

Be thankful you can't order from Parts Geek.  I ordered from them many
times, with no issues, until I *did* have an issue (Bosch Alternator -
bad out of the box (tested, etc.)).  Couldn't get anyone to call me
back, or get ahold of anyone.  I had already sent in my core, so - I
just wanted to swap this one, or SOMETHING.

I called, left a message.  Called back a few days later, left a
message (after, of course, sitting on hold every time until the hold
timer finally expired, and you are forced to leave a VM).  Waited a
few days, called back.  Repeat.  I ended up calling no less than 20
times over the course of the next two months at various times...
Their phone system is set up to put you in hold for 5 or 10 minutes,
then drop you to VM.  Call at 1am, same deal.  Call any time - same
deal.  I sent them emails up front, thinking it was best - but like
Phil Collins said "There's no reply at all".

I know, and understand - I'm not the center of their world.  But, NO
contact is completely unacceptable.  Again, a "Go <whatever> yourself"
would have even been better.

I'll ***NEVER*** buy from them again.  EVER.  Yes, I spent about 3000$
with 'em previously with no issues, but yeah, the couple of hundred or
whatever it was ended that relationship quickly.
